The Transmitter Trek heads off to the right where Jeffs' DH meets the road again.

Primarily an uphill track, there is plenty of flat and downhill to keep moral high. There are also a couple of good pinches so it isn't too easy. Once the track meets Telecom Road turn left and follow the road to the trig point behind the transmitter for a glorious view of Whakatane and the bay.
